As a (Senior) IT Project Manager (m/f/d) in our SAP area, you will be part of our strategic project management team at Heraeus IT.
•You will manage a broad range of SAP projects, from strategic initiatives to user- and customer-centric solutions that generate business value for Heraeus.
•You will take end-to-end responsibility for project execution, including scope, timeline, resource planning, budget oversight, and project governance.
•You will apply modern project management methods and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our project management practices.
•Act as a strategic partner to specialist departments, supporting new applications throughout their lifecycle with a strong focus on value creation.
•Ensure a structured handover to the support organization for applications implemented through your projects, enabling stable operations throughout the remaining product lifecycle.
You bring 7+ years of experience in IT & SAP project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•You are experienced in managing programs/projects in diverse environments and are well-versed in both classic and agile methods.
•You have international experience and a high level of intercultural awareness.
•Fluent in English, spoken and written; German proficiency is a plus.
