The Role As Chief Business Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing their new venture. Your responsibilities will span two key areas: Brand Building – Establishing and developing the company’s new brand identity in alignment with their vision and global ambitions. Go‑to‑Market Strategy – Designing and executing a premium marketing and lifestyle concept, as well as a sales strategy, to support the launch of our innovative new hardware device. Working closely with the CEO, you will bring a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset to drive strategic objectives while building scalable processes for long‑term success. About You Proven track record in Sales and Marketing leadership roles, ideally within lifestyle, premium consumer or hospitality sectors. Strong experience in brand building and go‑to‑market strategy development. Entrepreneurial spirit with a “hands‑on builder” mentality. Comfortable operating in a startup or spin‑off environment, with the ability to scale from strategy to execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in German and English is essential.
