FP&A Analyst (m/f/d)
Your future role
1. Assist in preparation of financial reports, analysis and information to key decision-making personnel in the organization including the CEO, CFO and Manager of FPA
2. Assist in preparation of a variety of financial reports and statements
3. Analyse actuals in SAP and calculate accruals in cooperation with budget owners/business
4. Prepare monthly forecast based analysis and load in Hyperion
5. Prepare standard commentary for major deviations of actuals vs forecast and budget, respectively forecast vs prior forecast and budget
6. Ensure the communication of clear planning instructions and key milestone dates and work product expectations in a timely manner
7. Monitor business unit performance in preparing financial plans
8. Automate consolidation and analysis process wherever possible
9. Prepare consolidated planning information and analysis in a timely manner
10. Plan, monitor and control processes to minimize number of revisions to financial plans through advanced planning techniques
11. Ensure that analysis is error-free and is prepared in a timely manner
12. Be able to work with senior leadership, support and challenge
13. Ensure documentation is audit proof and align process closely with tax department in Austria
Your profile
14. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering and Management
15. Minimum five years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis assignment
16. Prior work experience in the automotive industry is a plus
17. Strong English and German skills (written, verbal and comprehension)
18. Deep technical Finance & Accounting knowledge
19. Strong analytical skills
20. Advanced Excel skills
21. Knowledge of Oracle HFM, S/4 HANA and EPM
22. Hyperion and SAP experience are a plus
23. Gathers and analyzes relevant information systematically
24. Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
25. Possesses intellectual agility; readily accepts the challenges of unfamiliar tasks
26. Speaks and writes clearly and effectively even when relating complex information Expresses ideas in a concise and organized manner
