Designit are looking for a commercial director to work in Frankfurt or Munich on a permanent basis. The Commercial Director role with Designit is responsible for driving strategic business development and commercial growth across the region. This role leads the integration of Designit’s offerings into large-scale transformation projects, manages the commercial pipeline, and ensures the achievement of ambitious revenue and order book targets.
The Commercial Director serves as a key partner to internal and external stakeholders, shaping commercial strategies, responding to market opportunities, and driving Designit’s commercial success.
Business Development & Pipeline Management
Lead the identification, qualification, and pursuit of new clients and projects, including responding to RFPs and developing compelling proposals.
Represent Designit in senior-level client forums, industry events, and public platforms to strengthen market positioning.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance standards, and risk management protocols.
Proven experience in business development, commercial leadership, or strategic account management within design, consulting, or technology sectors.
Strong commercial acumen: pricing, negotiation, contract management, and profitability oversight.
Leadership: team management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Extensive experience in commercial roles, business development, or strategic account management within design, consulting, or technology sectors.
