You want to accelerate STADA's pipeline with your patent activities in a globally operating Intellectual Property team and contribute to STADA's growth? We are looking for you as a Patent Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our IP team.
What you can expect
* You will provide comprehensive global patent law support for projects from start to product launch.
* You are responsible for identifying the patent landscape and expiration dates of relevant patents.
* You conduct patent-related freedom-to-operate analyses.
* You develop solutions and strategies to avoid patents while minimizing risks.
* You identify and evaluate patent-related risks and opportunities by analyzing scopes of protection, assessing granting probabilities, enforceability, and validity of third-party patents and applications.
* You collaborate with external patent attorneys to challenge third-party patents.
* You review contracts from a patent law perspective.
* You handle and manage monitored patent applications.
* You advise departments on patent issues related to the projects.
Who We Are Looking For
* You have a degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
* You demonstrate excellent knowledge and substantial experience in European and German patent law.
* You have solid experience in freedom-to-operate analyses.
* Ideally, you bring professional experience from the patent department of an industrial company.
* You work diligently, reliably, and independently, with a commitment to excellence.
* You have a strong sense of responsibility and are a team player.
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken, round out your profile
