RESPONSIBILITIES

MEDIA
Media planning
1. End to end managing across briefing, activation, optimization and performance reporting
2. Translates business objectives and priorities into strategic briefs that guide the agency’s direction.
3. Ensure brand’s creative direction is being followed to ensure content is “Fit to win” on our core platforms
4. Continue to negotiate and deliver YOY efficiencies in Media costs
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
5. Ensure media roadmap is successfully rolled out in the market.
6. Identify, negotiate and secure first to market opportunities for the brand that have significant business impact
7. Identify scaled capabilities to leverage across the markets
8. Ensure YoY print positioning improvements and stronger editorial talent synergies for maximum impact
Integrated, collaborative leadership
9. Build and foster a highly collaborative working relationship across multi-functional teams, including local and regional teams. Ensure clarity of Media plans across all key functions (Brand, eCommerce, PR, eCRM)
10. Forge and foster agency network and external partner relationships to drive Tiffany business forward
11. Synergize with PR on major initiatives and 360 campaigns. Oversee digital custom integrations & influencer collaborations through media partnerships.
COMMUNICATIONS
12. Manage execution of department store and business partner activities collaborating with local and regional Client & Events, CVM and PR department
13. Oversee brand communication on third party websites, collaborating with business partners and regional Omni-Channel team
14. Handle production of marketing communications, including duratrans, with local agencies and print agent
15. For new store openings/ relocations, coordinate the hoarding process and assist with the execution of brand moments
16. Lead review and editing of translations for all marketing materials including website copy, media campaigns and supporting materials such as collateral ensuring consistency and in line with Tiffany approved language, coordinating with external agencies and internal suppliers
ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING
17. Process invoices & track the Communications budget for each market, working closely with the PR & Communication Director and Finance
18. Create and maintain marketing reports and ensure appropriate, consistent and timely reporting and validation.
19. Provide a monthly summary of marketing activities to ensure stores and management team are fully briefed
20. Perform market research activities and monitor competition
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
21. At least 5+ years in media previous agency experience mandatory (4 year undergraduate degree in marketing, media, communications or related field is mandatory; Masters preferred)
22. Experience working with luxury brands
23. Strong knowledge of digital and social and emerging technologies
24. Strong analytical skills
25. Experience in managing large, complex media budgets and projects
26. Strict financial stewardship and oversight
27. Strong creativity and communication skills
28. Highly organized individual who is able to work independently when needed and assist Director throughout brand engagement matters
29. Must be able to set and adjust priorities independently
30. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
31. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
32. Solid interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate and successfully execute across various work styles
33. Fluent in German and English
