Summary For the “Services & Supportability Development” department in the Customer Service division, we are looking for a “Developer (f/m/d) for Digitalization in Customer Service” at the Ulm location as soon as possible. The “Services & Supportability Development” department performs a wide variety of functions and tasks that are provided cross-sectionally for the entire Customer Service organization. The associated Services Development team supports Customer Service management in implementing the service strategy and the entire Customer Service organization in meeting overarching and common challenges. To this end, solutions are developed and innovations and improvements are driven forward in all areas of responsibility. Your Tasks Data architecture and development: You play a key role in the implementation of digitization initiatives in customer service. You will be responsible for building a robust data warehouse based on SAP S4/HANA. You will use standard interfaces and develop effective ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) Performance measurement & visualization: You will design and implement relevant KPIs and develop dashboards that map our customer service in real time. Design & Documentation: You will develop sound data warehouse designs and UX-optimized dashboard designs and ensure comprehensive and comprehensible documentation of all developed solutions Standard requirements management: You actively take up requirements from internal digitization initiatives and analyze them in detail in order to precisely understand the needs of our stakeholders and implement suitable solutions. Automation & Scripting: You create scripts and automate processes to ensure the efficiency and scalability of the solutions Operation & Optimization: After implementation, you are responsible for the operation of the solutions, monitor their performance and initiate continuous optimizations Your Profile Completed technical studies with a focus on computer science, IT management or similar Proven operational experience: You have already worked successfully in operational projects and know how to put theoretical concepts into practice. If you have gained this experience in a customer service environment, this is a plus Data & Architecture: Sound knowledge of database modeling and experience in the architecture of distributed systems are a matter of course for you Development skills: You have solid programming skills in JAVA, Python, C# or comparable languages. Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA (especially MDG/MDM, Service, SD, CPI) is a plus Analytical skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a matter of course for you and will support you in data analysis. Experience in requirements management is an advantage Frontend & BI: Ideally, you have generic frontend knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools. A basic understanding of user experience (UX) design and a willingness to familiarize yourself with this topic is a plus Strong documentation skills: Thorough IT documentation is not a necessary evil for you, but an important part of your work Team player: You already have proven experience of working in agile development teams and value the exchange with colleagues.
