Your Role As Growth Strategy & Go-To-Market Intern, you’ll work directly with the founders at the intersection of strategy and execution. Your focus will be supporting our public launch in 2026. This isn’t a “shadow the founders” internship. You’ll take ownership of real workstreams that are critical to the launch. You’ll turn plans into shipped deliverables, keep projects moving, and make sure decisions are backed by clear inputs and clean execution. If you like bringing structure to ambiguity, communicating clearly, and iterating fast when information is imperfect, you’ll thrive here. What You'll Do Execute the launch plan and keep momentum high You’ll translate an existing launch plan into a living execution system: weekly priorities, owner check-ins, status updates, risk tracking, and “what’s blocked and how do we unblock it?” You’ll help ensure critical tasks don’t slip and that we make smart tradeoffs when reality changes. Shape our go-to-market strategy Work with the founders to refine our positioning, pricing, and expansion strategy. This includes analyzing competitor movements, identifying new market opportunities, and helping craft the narrative that resonates with customers and investors. Sharpen positioning and ship high-impact deliverables Translate our core messages into launch-ready outputs that go live. You’ll drive delivery across high-impact external touchpoints including our web presence, product storytelling, demo experiences, and launch materials. Be the cross-functional connector for launch-critical workstreams Own a small number of launch workstreams end to end. You’ll coordinate across teams, document decisions, keep owners aligned, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Run GTM analytics with discipline Own the measurement and learning loop behind our launch execution. You’ll track key GTM metrics across marketing and sales (channel performance, funnel conversion, pipeline signals), summarize insights in updates, and recommend where to double down, iterate, or stop. The goal is to keep decisions grounded in data, not vibes. Who You Are Core requirements Structured thinking: you can turn messy inputs into plans, briefs, and prioritized next steps Comfort with ambiguity: you move forward without perfect context and iterate fast Basic data literacy: spreadsheets, simple metrics, and clean reporting Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a strong academic program in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related) Prior exposure to startup GTM / growth / launch execution (internship, student startup, side project, early-stage role, or similar) High reliability: you follow through, communicate early when blocked, and keep momentum Full-time availability for 3–6 months (flexible) Bonus points if you have Track record in business development, project management or B2B sales Something distinctive that clearly sets you apart - whether that's building your own project, published research, or an unconventional path that demonstrates exceptional drive What We Offer Direct access to experienced founders : Learn directly from founders who've worked at top-tier consulting firms (BCG) and scaled multiple unicorns. You'll gain insights from their experience building world-class companies, not through filtered feedback from middle management. Real responsibility from day one : Your decisions will matter. Your work will directly impact our trajectory and success. Unparalleled learning opportunity : Gain exposure to every aspect of building a deep-tech startup - from cutting-edge robotics to international expansion. Clear growth path : Ideally, this internship converts into a full-time role aligned with your interests and strengths. This can include growth ops, GTM/partnerships, business operations, or a product-focused path International exposure : Work across our Cologne HQ and Bengaluru office, with opportunities to engage with customers and partners globally. Impact at scale : Your work will directly contribute to solving one of humanity's greatest challenges - sustainably feeding a growing population.
