About Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager who will work for Abdi Farma GmbH to lead our sales and marketing activities. This role will be responsible for overseeing sales force activities, executing marketing strategies, supporting product launches, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sales management, business development, team leadership, and market analysis within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Job Description
* Oversee the execution of all sales force activities and the development of growth marketing strategies to drive performance.
* Develop and implement targeting strategies to identify and engage the most relevant customer segments.
* Monitor and assess market performance through data-driven insights to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement.
* Lead, mentor, and support the contracted sales force team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and providing the tools and resources necessary for success.
* Champion the adoption of CRM tools within the sales team to improve customer engagement, streamline sales processes, and ensure timely follow-ups on sales opportunities and inquiries.
* Incorporate brand equity strategies into the sales force and call center operations to strengthen brand presence and consistency.
* Ensure strict compliance with all relevant legal requirements and AMG regulations.
* Evaluate and assess new business development opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
* Successfully launch new pharmaceutical products, including OTC or Biosimilars, by conducting thorough market evaluations in collaboration with the Marketing team.
* Perform competitive analysis using platforms to assess target audiences, pricing strategies, ensuring market competitiveness.
* Partner with the Marketing team & Contract sales team to enhance market penetration and product positioning, building a robust presence within the generic pharmaceutical segment.
* Develop and implement cross-selling strategies to optimize product performance and revenue generation.
* Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and task forces, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to expand market reach and enhance product visibility.
* Utilize the Brand equity of ABDi Ibrahim to create also Trust in Germany in the TR community.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Strong expertise in CRM systems, market analysis, and business development.
* Demonstrated ability to launch and grow pharmaceutical brands, both in OTC and Generic & specialty GX segments.
* Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
* Advanced in English & German.
* Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and market access strategies.
* Deep transactional mindset to increase& deepen our customer group in Germany.
