Commercial Leadership: You drive and evolve our commercial contract framework, standardize legal processes for sales and marketing, and ensure strong compliance across commercial activities and regions Contracting : You review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (e.g., framework agreements, distribution, licensing, service agreements, general terms and conditions)—creating and maintaining lean, business-friendly templates IP Management : You manage the administration and maintenance of our global IP portfolio (trademarks, patents, designs) and provide foundational legal advice on IP matters as they arise in commercial transactions Operational Excellence : You simplify, standardize, and continuously improve commercial operations in close partnership with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams Coordination : You manage and align the work of global and regional legal experts, ensuring consistent guidance and efficient execution across jurisdictions Advisory : You act as a trusted partner to sales and product teams—embedding early in business development, product launches, and international rollouts to spot risks and find solutions Scaling : You lead or contribute to cross-functional and global projects, aligning stakeholders on priorities, goals, and expectations Your fitness level Qualification: You are a fully qualified lawyer (2.
