Your tasks
10. Hotline call acceptance (incidents, service requests)
11. Ticket creation and tracking
12. Ticket processing
13. Documentation of activities
14. Ensuring SLA compliance
15. Forwarding of tickets to specialist departments
Your profile
16. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in comparable roles
17. Knowledge of Win7, MS Office 2013, common office software (Adobe, browsers IE and Firefox etc.)
18. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Remedy or OTRS or Track It or topdesk etc.)
19. Fluent German skills at native speaker level
