Job Description
1) Target Market Development: Responsible for the European, American, and Japanese markets, focusing on the SIC HTCVD equipment market to ensure market share growth in these regions.
2) Customer Development and Relationship Maintenance: Proactively develop new customers and maintain long-term relationships, especially with key customers in semiconductors, power devices, and materials.
3) Sales Plan Formulation and Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans based on market demand to achieve company sales targets.
4) Customer Engagement: Visit customers, provide product training, participate in foreign trade fairs, gather market and competitor information, and report feedback to the marketing department.
2. Product Promotion and Technical Support
1) Technical Sales Support: Deep understanding of HTCVD, ALD, and other technical equipment to provide professional consultation and solutions to customers.
2) Market Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback and market demands to suggest product improvements and optimize offerings.
3. Business Negotiation and Contract Management
1) Business Negotiation: Engage in negotiations to secure contracts and protect company interests.
2) Contract Management: Manage and follow up on sales contracts to ensure project progress from signing to execution.
4. Customer Relationship Management and Support
1) Customer Demand Coordination: Respond promptly to customer needs and provide comprehensive pre-sales, sales, and after-sales support.
2) Customer Relationship Maintenance: Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients.
5. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
1) Competitor Analysis: Monitor major competitors like Aixtron and LPE and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
2) Market Trend Prediction: Track technological developments in target markets to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
1) Industry Experience: Over 5 years in related fields, with experience in MOCVD equipment, device or epitaxial factories, or equipment after-sales service. Preference for candidates with experience in Aixtron, LPE, CVD, Infineon, Wolfspeed, Onsemi, etc.
2) Market Experience: Proven sales or market development experience in Europe, America, or Japan, with good understanding of local regulations and customer needs. Cross-cultural communication skills are essential, and existing customer resources are a plus.
3) Technical Background: Strong knowledge of MOCVD technology and semiconductor equipment; a degree in engineering, materials science, or related fields is preferred.
4) Business Skills: Negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency in multiple languages including Japanese, English, and possibly German or Chinese.
5) Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for master's or above in technical sales.
