Business Development Representative – DACH

I'm partnering with a Berlin-based AI company developing technology aimed at helping businesses enhance their operations. They’re looking to hire a Business Development Representative to support growth across the DACH region.
In this role, you'll:
* Generate and qualify leads across the DACH market
* Book discovery calls via outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls)
* Collaborate with Account Executives to develop tailored prospecting strategies
* Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
What they’re looking for:
* Native-level German + fluent English
* Experience in outbound sales or BDR/SDR roles (SaaS or e-commerce a bonus)
* Confident communicator who’s motivated by growth and impact
