What will this role involve?
* Leading and supervising the "international customer service"-team (2 Teams –France (7) and Germany (5))
* Representing the company to customers via back office
* Manage, train, motivate and provide support in sensitive cases
* Organisation of an effective a customer related customer-service.
* Organize the team to ensure fair distribution of tasks and export assistant domains
* Optimize and simplify processes
* Manage the order process to ensure monthly sales/invoicing align with forecasts
* Handle administrative and financial requirements: support payment tracking and credit management
* Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with sales, logistics, finance, quality and production teams
* Checking and updating of the department-specific Quality Service documents (VA, SOP).
* Control and ensure compliance with all internal and local regulations.
* Managing customs topics
What we're looking for?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Management or equivalent would be beneficial
* Proficiency in German, business skills in English and French would beneficial
* Proven experience in export customer service / sales administration (ADV), including team management
* Mastery of international order, invoicing and sales tracking processes
* Knowledge of export administrative, financial and customs aspects(payments, credit management, customs requests)
* Ability to organize, optimize processes and manage sensitive situations
* Independent work and prioritization of workload according to customer needs (time management).
* Flexibility and adaptation to current events.
* Business thinking/cost awareness.
* Good knowledge of common IT systems
* Previous relevant experience in medical devices industry would be helpful.
* Willingness to travel around once a Month
