Tasks
* Take ownership of your own (sub-)projects in areas such as finance, people & culture, business development, or operations
* Support the Chief of Staff in both operational and strategic topics, working closely with the founders
* Contribute to developing our organization and gain insights into recruiting and hiring processes
* Help plan and organize internal events (e.g. team events, all-hands meetings, office days) and shape our team culture

Requirements
* You are in the advanced stages of your Bachelor’s or already doing your Master’s degree - ideally in a business-related field
* You are motivated to take on a wide range of tasks and bring a hands-on mentality
* You have excellent German and English skills
* You possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
* You have good organizational and project management skills to drive projects independently
* Initial experience in consulting, start-ups, or project management is a plus
