Our services range from the sale of hardware and software (PCs, notebooks, servers, printers, telephone systems, monitoring systems, etc.) to the installation and maintenance of networks and DATEV environments to the programming and maintenance of websites and individual software.

IT system technician (m/f/x)
Your profile
* You have successfully completed your vocational training in an IT profession
* You feel confident working with Windows operating systems and have some experience with Exchange/Office365, hardware and network components such as switches, routers or WLAN access points
* You have experience with standard software such as MS Office etc
* You are customer-friendly and solution-oriented
* You have a confident manner and very good communication skills in German
* You are quality-conscious and service-oriented
* You don't lose sight of the essentials even in stressful situations
* You have a class 3 driving license
Your tasks
* You will install and configure PC workstations, notebooks, servers, printers and co
* As a contact person for 1st and 2nd level support for fault acceptance, you are experienced in analyzing and solving problems remotely and also on site at the customer's premises
* As part of on-site customer support, you take over the execution of service orders and support the customer
* You install and configure the hardware and software on site and/or replace consumables
* You instruct the customer on how to use the hardware and software provided
* You carry out service work on these systems independently and document it
* You continuously support customers with maintenance and repair work
