- Highly Qualified Job Description: Perform and document individual painting work on cabin components for VIP and special mission aircraft according to technical specifications.
Carry out preparatory work (sanding, filling, priming, staining, etc.).
Paint high-quality real wood veneer surfaces.
Apply clear, colored, textured, and metallic paint systems to a high standard.
Perform spot repairs and high-gloss polishing.
Operate computer-controlled paint mixing systems and paint identification devices.
Perform all tasks in accordance with relevant processes.
Make necessary decisions to ensure the professional, proper, timely, and cost-effective execution of assigned tasks.
Ensure proper use and careful handling of equipment, machinery, and tools.
Personal requirements: Completed vocational training as a painter/decorator or carpenter with proven qualifications for high-quality painting work or equivalent experience of several years is desirable.
Relevant expertise and professional experience as a painter/decorator for visually demanding surfaces Excellent work performance English language skills, both written and spoken (level B) Good knowledge of industry-specific regulations, accident prevention regulations, environmental protection regulations, and hazardous materials regulations Basic xniyctf computer skills Independent work style, initiative, teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility Willingness to work shifts Willingness to participate in job-related training Language skills English level B1
