As a CAM System Administrator / CNC Programming Expert, you will be responsible at our Großostheim location for the development and automation of our CAM landscape. Your ideas will directly influence our production.
Your Responsibilities
* Support, maintenance, and further development of the CAM systems Siemens NX and TopSolid
* Development and documentation of standardized CAM processes to optimize quality and efficiency
* Analysis and harmonization of existing workflows in close coordination with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance
* Implementation of automation in the CAD-CAM-CNC process chain using Siemens NX, TopSolid, and NX Open API
* Optimization and maintenance of post-processors
* Conducting internal training sessions and providing technical support to users
* Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and continuous process improvement
* Integration of CAM processes into PLM systems, especially Pro.File and Dassault 3DExperience
Your Profile
* A completed degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or a comparable technical qualification
* Several years of professional experience in CAM programming and system administration
* Excellent knowledge of Siemens NX, TopSolid, and experience with the NX Open API
* Experience in automating manufacturing processes and standardizing technical workflows
* Expertise in working with PLM systems, ideally Pro.File and Dassault 3DExperience
* A structured, self-reliant working style and strong analytical thinking
* Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey technical content
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
