Position : Battery Division - HRD - International Human Resource Specialist in Germany

Your Tasks:
# Coordinate, supervise, and implement the HR management of overseas employees in the business unit according to the company's regulations on foreign personnel management.
# Develop and enforce the overseas HR management system for the business unit, covering all modules including recruitment, training, development and promotion, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
# Manage expatriate personnel for the business unit, including assistance with visa processing, insurance procurement, family visit leave management, and handling assignments and repatriations.
# Oversee the full HR management process for foreign talent both domestically and internationally.
Job Requirements
# Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for a background in management-related fields.
# At least 1 year of HR-related experience, familiar with HR management principles, and possessing knowledge of overseas laws, regulations, and immigration management is preferred.
# Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus, with proficiency in English or German as a working language.
