Key Responsibilities
As a German Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat
* Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account support
* Manage and track customer cases to ensure timely resolution
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
* Build strong professional relationships with customers
* Follow internal processes, KPIs, and service level agreements
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
* Native or fluent German (C1–C2)
* Good level of English (B2+)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
* Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
* Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support is a plus
