Role Summary
The ERP Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the ERP system (
e.g., ProALPHA, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics
), ensuring it supports efficient operations across production, logistics, finance, and procurement. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and IT teams to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
• Manage the ERP form all perspectives: support process, administration, system architecture, improvements,, managing the 3rd party services suppliers
• Will be the interface between business and IT related to all ERP requests
• Transform business requests in IT solutions
• Work collaboratively with end users, other IT teams, and Vendors, to improve the system architecture, support model, operational standards, and practices.
• Coordinate ERP updates, patches, and system upgrades
• Analyze business requirements and recommend ERP process improvements
• Train end users and create documentation for ERP processes
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants as needed for support and development
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field
• ERP administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as ProALPHA, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows (production planning, BOMs, inventory, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, or scripting is a plus
• Professional level of English and German
