We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to serve as the on-site team lead supporting a U.S. Combatant Command. This role is responsible for end-to-end contract execution, Government engagement, and delivery oversight across analytic, geospatial, data, and knowledge management functions. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, deliver, and maintain the Post-Award Brief (PAB) slides within 10 business days of contract award Author and update the Project Management Plan (PMP) including milestones, assumptions, risks, and resource allocation Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSR) covering burn rate, risks, travel forecasts, deliverable status, and performance metrics Lead Quarterly Project Management Reviews with Government stakeholders Produce Final Technical Reports (FTRs) at task order and contract completion Coordinate and manage all team personnel tasking, workload distribution, and quality review of deliverables Identify, assess, and mitigate programmatic and technical risks; maintain a risk register Serve as the single point of contact for the COR on all contract performance matters Prepare and deliver executive briefings and decision-support materials to senior Government leadership Ensure compliance with all PWS requirements, deliverable schedules, and quality standards REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in operations research, political science, international relations, intelligence studies, business administration, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in operations analysis, program management, or intelligence analysis, with at least 5 years on U.S. Government contracts Demonstrated experience leading teams of 3-10 analysts on DoD or IC contracts Proven track record managing PWS deliverables including PMPs, MSRs, and FTRs Experience interfacing directly with CORs, Government leadership, and senior military officers Strong written and oral communication skills; experience preparing executive-level briefings Active Top Secret / SCI clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in a relevant field PMP certification or equivalent project management credential Prior experience supporting USAFRICOM, a Geographic Combatant Command (GCC), or Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) Familiarity with DoD planning processes (JOPES/APEX, MDMP, or Service equivalents) Experience with effects-based assessment frameworks and campaign plan analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
