To support our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Network Area Manager (m/f/d) with strong last-mile logistics experience to help build and optimize our operational network across Germany.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize last-mile delivery operations within your assigned region
* Monitor operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, cost efficiency, transit times, and service quality
* Drive performance improvements across delivery stations, hubs, and DSP partners
* Support network expansion and operational setup of new sites
* Coordinate closely with Operations, Linehaul, Customer Service, and HQ teams
* Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
* Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, and service quality targets
* Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management
* Lead and support operational teams in a fast-paced environment
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
* Multiple years of experience in logistics, transportation, or parcel delivery operations
* Strong experience in the last-mile delivery industry is required
* Experience managing operational teams and regional logistics structures
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* KPI-driven and operationally hands-on mindset
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills are preferred
* Fluent in English & Mandarin
* German skills are a strong plus
