You’ll make an impact by SAP EWM Business Transformation: You are a core team member of Siemens' EWM business transformation initiative, focused on harmonizing processes, upgrading technology and unifying data systems You are responsible for EWM implementations across factories, regional warehouses and distribution centers worldwide, ensuring successful execution and completion As an implementation specialist, you collaborate with diverse stakeholders - including IT teams, scrum masters, subject matter experts and external partners - to define project scope, objectives and deliverables You analyze processes and requirements for the EWM system, ensuring robust requirements management in alignment with the defined EWM North Star Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: You execute task force support and process improvement initiatives to enhance information, material and value flows across the global warehouse network You are responsible for the execution and follow-up of warehouse assessments Digitalization & Innovation: You support and consult warehouse facilities to streamline operations and identify automation and digitalization opportunities You drive global automation and digitalization initiatives to accelerate digital transformation, with a strong focus on AI Center of Expertise: You advise business units, hubs and regions in logistics and supply chain management on warehousing topics You define global process and tool standards for the global warehouse network and align them with key stakeholders and implement them Your defining qualities Education You hold a master's degree in either supply chain management/ logistics, business administration, business engineering, IT or a related disciplines Experience & Skills You have extensive experience in logistics with deep process knowledge in warehouse management and operations You have proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP WM/EWM ideally with hands-on experience in rollouts and implementations of EWM systems (green- and/or brownfield) You are knowledgeable in some of the following SAP tools: SD, MM, TM, ARM, GTS and their integration with EWM to ensure seamless e2e processes You bring strong technical know-how to implement innovative, digital solutions in warehouse environments You possess long-term project management and leading experience in designing and implementing warehousing processes and physical material flows You are skilled in process analysis methodologies such as value stream mapping You have a strong analytical mindset and can translate data insights into operational improvements You are proficient in using digital tools, software, and platforms for logistics planning, execution, and monitoring You are capable of driving change and managing transitions in logistics operations, including training and communication strategies Ways of working Highly collaborative, motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn Results-oriented with excellent analytical skills Assertive with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel Languages Business fluent in both German and English, written and spoken You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
