Key Role
The Head of Division is responsible for leading a team in managing HR administration and analytics to position the HR department as a strategic partner.
* The role involves collecting, analysing and interpreting HR-related data using our HRIS software.
* Tasks include developing dashboards, working with teams to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), anticipating trends and needs, making recommendations to optimise HR processes, recruitment, skills development needs etc.
* The division ensures administrative follow-up of staff and handles relations with administrations or other public service bodies.
* The Head of Division will be responsible for organising and supervising the division's activities ensuring that necessary information is shared with stakeholders and deliverables are of high quality.
