Your responsibilities
1. Your daily tasks will revolve around flagship central bank digital currencies (CBDC) and digital asset projects with top-tier capital market clients, who rely on your help to transform their businesses and unlock new ways of generating value.
2. Together, you’ll co-create new customized solutions using cutting-edge blockchain and distributed ledger technologies. The goal: to increase our clients’, and thus our, revenues.
3. In your pivotal role, you’ll coordinate multiple teams for our most complex client engagements and early adopters. In other words, you’ll be involved in the evaluation of the business cases, formulate approaches, propose and discuss technology solutions, and carefully assess risks.
4. Within Accenture Technology, as part of our Multiparty Systems Practice, we have built a Financial Services Infrastructure Center of Excellence (focused on CBDC, digital assets, custody, tokenization and capital markets of the future). Here, you’ll lead and manage your own team in an agile, very dynamic and fast paced environment, guiding and mentoring your team members.
What we’re looking forward to
5. University degree, apprenticeship, or vocational training in either IT or finance, with special focus on the other, e.g., financial informatics, economics & computer science, banking & coding/programming, software engineering & business administration.
6. Understanding the intricacies of capital markets, including investment banking, asset management, trading, and risk management, is crucial.
7. Familiarity with financial products, trading platforms, regulations, and industry trends is essential.
8. Solid understanding of technology concepts and infrastructure in capital markets, such as order management systems (OMS), market data and risk management systems, would be an advantage.
9. Several years of experience in IT management, ideally in the financial sector.
10. You have excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills, are a life-long learner and love finding clever solutions for clients' specific situations.
11. Very good command of German and English.
