Job Description
As a key player in our organization, you will inspire new team members and drive forward-thinking initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and implementing conversion optimization strategies across digital channels, telesales, and partnerships. This includes designing and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve conversions. Additionally, you will manage and analyze key funnel metrics, attribution models, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to inform data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in marketing, economics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital marketing, or performance sales
* Strong analytical and data-related skills, with confident use of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
* Experience working in SaaS, fintech, mobility, or dynamic e-commerce environments
* Hands-on leadership style with strong communication, team, and project management skills
* Excellent German and English language skills
