Your tasks
9. Independent review, creation and maintenance of material master data in the ERP system as a prerequisite for material data management
10. Spare part preselection in the ERP system for newly registered material
11. Examination of CAD models for their suitability for use as a basis for illustrations in illustrated spare parts catalogs
12. Close collaboration with Logistics Engineering and verification of the completeness, accuracy, and suitability of the analysis results as input for material data management during the adoption process.
13. Independent creation of spare parts lists in compliance with common specifications and guidelines.
14. Creation of illustrations from CAD solid models, design and construction documents according to general guidelines
15. Preparation and execution of coordination meetings with internal specialist departments as well as internal and external stakeholders within your area of responsibility.
16. Support in the creation and review of guidance documents specific to material management.
Your profile
17. Completed university degree with initial professional experience or technical vocational training with several years of professional experience related to material data management
18. Good technical understanding
19. Initial experience as a technical writer in marine logistics, as well as with the APart editorial software and in handling ASD specifications (S1000D and S2000M)
20. Excellent knowledge of common MS Office applications and ERP systems.
21. A structured and independent work style as well as initiative
22. Good communication and assertiveness skills, coupled with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
23. Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
