We are looking for an HR Assistant M/F/DYou will report to the HR ManagerKey responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department in day-to-day activitiesSupport recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding documentationPrepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, amendments, confirmation letters, references, and termination lettersMaintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with GDPR and German labor regulationsSupport time tracking and attendance management using HR systemsAssist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant employee data and documentationAct as a first point of contact for employees regarding general HR-related questions and company policiesSupport the organization of training sessions and employee development initiativesEnsure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of personnel records Perfil
Your Profile:
Completed degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Previous experience in an HR department, ideally within Germany; knowledge of German labor law is an advantageExperience in administrative HR processes, ideally within an international companyHigh level of accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detailStrong communication skills and a service-oriented mindsetProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR software is an advantageDiscreet, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a teamProfessional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)Based in or near Kelsterbach or willing to relocateWhat you should know before applying:
