Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Set up, grow and manage international customers (Discount, DIY) by setting, developing and implementing annual plans
2. Strong stakeholder management: internal coordination & alignment between all relevant stake- & shareholders
3. Negotiation skills: leading international negotiations and annual agreements /contracts
4. Budget management: execute Trade Marketing budgets and plans, prepare sales reports, control budgets
5. Build customer relationships: fully understand customer business activities and customer needs and built an strong and trustful relationship
Qualifications:
6. Education & Experience: University degree; 3-5 years in FMCG Key Account Management; 1-2 years in Marketing
7. Proficiency in German, fluent in English
8. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of international retail, customers, and competitors
9. Skills: Strong negotiation, P&L management, communication, and conflict mediation
10. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Good grasp of sales processes, marketing, finance, and logistics
11. Teamwork & Independence: Effective in teams and individually; strong decision-making skills and stakeholder management
