Your team:

As part of the Contract Lifecycle team at Open-Xchange, you will support the end-to-end customer lifecycle. The team works closely with Legal, Sales/Account Management and Finance to ensure accurate contract management, compliant invoicing, and transparent financial processes across customers and internal entities. Your role contributes directly to reliable operations and financial integrity within the OX group.


Your new job:

* Manage customer and contract master data in our billing systems and ensure data accuracy throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Prepare, review and file contracts, offers, and purchase orders in line with our standard templates and processes
* Create, send and track customer invoices, including license and support key deliveries, based on contractual terms and delivered services.
* Monitor outstanding balances and handle payment reminders and default interest in coordination with internal teams.
* Support reporting, audits and financial compliance activities, including intercompany invoicing within the OX group.


Your background:

* Degree in Business Studies, commercial education, or a professional background in accounting or finance.
* Relevant professional experience in invoicing, accounting, or commercial operations, ideally within a software billing environment.
* Interest in template and contract management; initial experience is a plus.
* Strong ability to keep an overview across multiple systems and processes; comfortable working with ERP or billing tools (e.g. Vemas) and other digitalization tools.
* High motivation to take ownership and confidence working with multiple internal stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, Finance and Compliance.
* Structured, reliable working style with attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills in English and German.
* Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with multicultural teams across different time zones.
