Account Executive (German-Speaking)

We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive with strong SaaS account management and consultative sales experience to drive growth and retention across key enterprise accounts in the HR and talent technology space. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional who combines commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and enjoys building trusted, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and expand a portfolio of SaaS accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
* Partner with senior HR and Talent leaders (CHROs, HR Directors, Heads of Talent) to deliver tailored solutions that align with their business and technology goals.
* Lead full-cycle consultative sales processes — from prospecting to negotiation and close — with a focus on renewals, upsells, and new business acquisition.
* Develop strategic account plans, accurate forecasts, and data-driven insights to support quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high customer adoption rates.
* Maintain deep product and industry knowledge to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
Requirements
* Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
* 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales or account management, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
* Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and engaging with C-suite and senior executives.
* Strong background in consultative, value-based selling — ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, or related enterprise solutions.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, executive presence, and strategic thinking.
* Highly proactive, adaptable, and goal-oriented mindset.
