Overview For our client, a famous company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Business Analyst - Data & Analytics (m/f/d) in Böblingen. Responsibilities Work closely with global business stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and analytics use cases Analyze complex datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, and BI platforms to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making Design and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI Support the development of modern data platforms and data pipelines in collaboration with IT and data engineering teams Contribute to the design of the global data model and data architecture as part of the company's digital transformation Ensure transparency regarding data sources, data ownership, data lineage, and data definitions Identify data quality issues and root causes and define improvement measures Support data cleansing, harmonization, and migration initiatives in transformation projects Define and maintain data definitions, metadata, and KPI logic in the global data catalog Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that data solutions deliver business value Support the development of a scalable data ecosystem to strengthen the organization's Digital Twin and analytics capabilities Promote a data-driven culture by enabling business users to effectively leverage data and analytics Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field Min 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst Strong experience in data analysis and translating business requirements into data products or analytics solutions Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or similar Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Understanding of data models, databases, and modern data architectures (e.g., Azure, Databricks, data lakes or lakehouses) is a plus Experience with data governance, data quality initiatives, or data cataloging Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams Fluent English required; German or Japanese is a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into business insights Our offer An exciting environment and cutting-edge projects at global brands and hidden champions Personal and individual support by our Account Managers and HR team Be part of the Nash direct team and connect with your colleagues throughout Germany.
