About this position
As we scale across Europe, we are looking for a Workplace & Experience Manager to lead the heart of our operations. This isn't a traditional administrative role; it is a high-energy, execution-focused position for someone who loves building community and "human systems" that don't break.
You will be the architect of our office environment and the primary driver of our company culture. We need a "builder" who thrives on engaging with people and bringing positive energy to a fast-paced tech environment. If you excel here, this role offers significant responsibility and growth potential within our expanding HR team.

Job Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities | What you will do
* Culture & Community Ambassador: Work closely with management to be the operational glue of our culture, ensuring our values are lived daily across the team.
* Architect the Workplace: Build and document end-to-end processes for office operations, from supply chain management for office goods to employee equipment.
* Strategic Logistics: Lead major physical transitions, including organizing office moves and optimizing space for our growing team.
* Event Mastermind: Plan and execute team events—big or small, recurring or one-off—to maintain our high-spirit, international team culture.
* Employer Branding: Conduct activities to promote allO's culture externally, helping us attract top talent as we scale across Europe.
* Experience Excellence: Oversee the daily "service" of the office to ensure lightning-fast, high-quality resolutions to any internal facility or team needs.
