Training Coordinator Role
This position involves coordinating and implementing the training plan, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with external providers and internal trainers to develop high-quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the training plan, aligning with strategic goals.
* Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
* Manage training logistics efficiently.
* Coordinate the organization of training activities, including planning and registrations.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in Human Resources or a comparable field. A minimum of three years of professional experience in Human Resources, particularly in training, is required. Proficiency in French, Luxembourgish, and English is essential, with German being considered an asset. In-depth knowledge of MS Office and excellent interpersonal skills are also necessary.
