What can you do at Wölfel?
* Technical sales support in China with a focus on products and related services
* Providing expert advice in customer meetings on technical issues relating to the products
* Collaborating in the development of existing and new products
* Active sales support throughout the entire sales process, including the design and implementation of product presentations
* Structured preparation and follow-up of sales meetings
* Close cooperation with an external sales sparring partner in China and the product management team at our German company location
* Requirement: One year of intensive training in Höchberg with approx. 30% business travel to China with the aim of permanent employment in China for further development
Which skillls are required?
* Education: Completed degree (bachelor's/master's/doctorate) in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, physics, or comparable STEM fields
* Experience: 3 years of professional experience in technical customer support within a Chinese business environment is desirable
* Knowledge: In-depth expertise in the field of vibrations, acoustics, and/or machine dynamics
* Softskills: Strong teamwork and communication skills, high flexibility and creativity, initiative, and the ability to navigate confidently in a new cultural and professional environment, strong customer focus
* Language skills: Fluent in Chinese and English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement
