As a Booking.com Customer Support Specialist, you will be able to assist customers with booking travel plans, answer inquiries and guide them through their dream destinations.

What you will be doing:
* Handling incoming phone calls, messages and emails from the website users
* Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users' inquiries
* Research travel options tailored to each customer's preferences
o Modify reservations based on client needs
o Process payments and travel cancelations
Job Requirements:
o Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in German
o Good communication skills in English
o Attention to detail
o Good Technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
o Ability to handle unexpected changes
o Experience in e-commerce will be appreciated
