Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and organizational support to the HR department
* Act as point of contact for employees in Germany, Italy, France, and Hungary
* Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters
* Support payroll preparation and coordinate with external providers
* Manage a fleet of approx. 25 company cars across DE, IT and FR
* Assist in recruitment and applicant management
* Provide vacation and sick leave cover for the Executive Assistant, including office management tasks
Your Profile:
* Strong English skills (French or Turkish is a plus)
* Hands-on mentality, proactive and flexible personality
* Self-organized and reliable working style
* Solid experience in payroll is a must
* 1–3 years of professional experience in HR or related fields
