About the role: We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will run high-velocity, full-cycle recruiting for commercial roles with a focus on field sales across the European market. You will build and nurture recruitment pipelines, keep hiring teams prepared, and close great people fast while keeping the candidate experience excellent. You'll be joining at an exciting stage of growth with a full hiring roadmap ahead and real opportunity to build, improve, and make your mark. What you will do: Own full-cycle recruiting for field sales and commercial roles across Europe - intake, sourcing, structured interviews, offers, and closing Build and continuously improve the inbound engine: job ads, localization, referral programs, nurture sequences, content, and employer branding Develop and maintain proactive pipelines for high-volume roles - mapping target companies in e-commerce and tech where strong field sales talent lives Design interview kits, scorecards, and debrief processes that improve decision quality and reduce bias Be the reason candidates have a great experience - sharp communication, solid prep, and honest feedback at every stage What You Bring 3 years recruiting field sales/commercial roles in Europe and experience in tech or e-commerce is a big plus You've built inbound candidate programs before and have something to show for it Solid sourcing skills and comfort picking up new tools quickly You've worked in an ATS and know your way around — we use Ashby You stay organised even when things get hectic and know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent You're hungry, you take initiative, and you genuinely care about what you're working on German is required, especially as we grow in the region What We Offer Real ownership — you'll manage your own workflow with minimal hand-holding A front-row seat at a fast-growing startup with an ambitious hiring roadmap The chance to actually build something - processes, programs, pipelines As we scale, so will your scope - this is a role that grows with you We're building out a benefits package we're actually proud of - more coming soon Hardware provided from day one 30 days paid vacation Saltz Marketplace, UAB is an equal opportunity employer.
