A part of Lenovo’s growth strategy is to focus on accounts within the Mid-Market segment and you can now join our growing DACH team as our new Inside Sales Account Manager!
Working as Inside Client Relationship Representative (m/f/d) you will have daily communication with executives from companies, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career. Lenovo will provide you with training on our product portfolio and help you to develop your skills on account management. You are integrated in the DACH Commercial team reporting to the Mid-Market Leader.
What will be your Role and Responsibilities?
1. Responsibility for a dedicated sales territory in Austria, where you will be the owner for the entire sales cycle, from acquisition to closing, including product selection and configuration
2. Consistent expansion of existing customer relationships according to customer requirements
3. Target-oriented analysis with needs assessment and development of individual account plans for the efficient implementation of the Lenovo portfolio in the customer infrastructure of Mid-Market customers in Austria with 250 to 1000 employees
4. Preparation and execution of offers as well as the execution of tendering procedures
5. Establishing and maintaining cooperation with field sales, business partners and product specialists to achieve revenue- and profit goals
6. Securing customer orders regarding fulfilment of production, shipping and delivery deadlines
7. Finding solutions for customer complaints in the sense of lasting customer satisfaction
8. Maintenance of data and pipeline in CRM Tool
How should your profile look like?
9. Previous sales experience preferred (1-2 years)
10. Customer-oriented and independent way of working
11. Good knowledge of MS Office
12. Motivated and interested in sales and the IT industry
13. Fluent German and advanced English, both spoken and written
