As a Process Expert, you will be the key interface between our functional departments and IT, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and technologically supported.

What you will be doing:
1. Engage with Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Operations and other departments to understand business needs and process requirements.
2. Analyse, structure, and document functional requirements.
3. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for IT (e.g., user stories, requirement sheets, functional specifications).
4. Map and optimize end-to-end processes (AS‑IS / TO‑BE).
5. Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
6. Integrate internal controls into processes (e.g., approval flows, SoD, audit trails).
7. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
8. Act as the main liaison between business and IT for ERP enhancements and system changes.
9. Participate in testing activities (SIT, UAT) and support rollouts and change management.
10. Maintain up-to-date documentation and support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
What we are looking for:
11. A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or similar.
12. Minimum 5–7 years in ERP-driven process roles, process management, functional consulting, or similar.
13. Strong understanding of Purchasing, Sales, and Finance processes.
14. Experience writing functional specifications and conducting process workshops.
15. Knowledge of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation.
16. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor — ideally Business Central.
17. Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
18. Ability to translate complex business needs into structured, technical requirements.
19. Strong process modelling skills (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts).
20. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
21. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams globally.
22. Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
23. Strong English skills, additional languages are an advantage.
24. International travel availability.
