You won't just support product strategy — you'll help set it.What You'll Do on the Economy SideLead the Economy team and own the design of the in-game economy — including currencies, rewards, progression loops, and pricingBalance player motivation with revenue goals, ensuring systems feel rewarding and commercially soundGuide the development of economic features from concept through LiveOps — tuning for retention, fairness, and growthPartner with departments across the studio to ensure the game economy supports player segmentation, LiveOps planning, content strategy, and overall business goalsAct as a thought leader in economy design while thinking creatively about solutions that enable and empower the organization rather than block itWhat You'll Do on the Business Analytics SideLead the Business Analytics team and oversee analysis around key business and player behavior metricsTurn data into decisions: diagnose performance issues, identify new opportunities, and inform product directionBuild forecasting models and performance dashboards to support strategic planning and LiveOps tuningCollaborate closely with Data Science to ensure Economy and Business Analytics efforts are aligned and complementaryElevate Business Analytics as a creative tool — not just for measurement, but for insight and innovationWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in F2P mobile games, with deep expertise in both economy design and business performance analysisTrack record of leading game economies through all stages — from early design to live operationStrong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using dashboards, cohort analysis, and forecasting toolsA strategic, systems-thinking mindset with a bias for action and iterationStrong communicator and collaborator, comfortable aligning stakeholders across Product, Design, and UAExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring talent across design and analyticsWhy Wooga?We believe that a great economy and sharp analytics are the backbone of unforgettable player experiences and sustainable games.
