Your role
Are you a problem solver? Do you know how to treat clients? We're looking for someone like that who can:
– identify and tailor investment strategies for clients through in-depth analysis
– manage and support the development of junior investment bankers
– identify problems and recommend solutions that are logical and realistic
* execute efficiently M&A and ECM transactions both within Germany as well as internationally
* work closely with colleagues across the bank in other countries and industries across all our key products of M&A, ECM, Leveraged Finance and DCM
Your team
You'll be working in the German Country Coverage team in Frankfurt with a focus on M&A transactions. We are a growing and successful team.
Your expertise
– a university degree
– experience (5-8 years) in investment banking (M&A, ECM), strategic consultancy, private equity or a similar financial services profession
– strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly (you get it, and can communicate it to others)
– strong project management and execution track record
– in the past been exposed to working in an international framework
You are:
– an excellent communicator
– a resilient team player, even in challenging circumstances
– a strong conversational level German speaker
