Job Title: Senior Principal Operational Assistant
Job Description:
The Senior Principal Operational Assistant will support procurement and budget-related processes within a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Procurement Support:
o Monitor procurement timelines, including contract renewals and extensions.
o Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely submission of documentation.
o Assist in drafting tender documents (terms of reference, contracts, annexes).
o Manage document circulation and signatures (both digital and physical).
o Archive procurement documents and manage contract registration in internal systems.
o Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.
* Administrative Support:
o Collaborate with budget teams for purchase order creation and follow-up.
o Validate e-requisitions, payments, invoices, accruals, and budget requests.
o Organise external and internal training sessions and events.
o Develop and maintain internal reporting tools and dashboards.
o Handle queries related to procurement and budget matters.
o Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and shared mailboxes.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. Experience in procurement and budget management is highly desirable.
