The Luxembourg office is at the heart of its operations, benefiting from a modern office location in the city center and a dynamic, international environment.
Your Role:
As Conducting Officer, you will oversee the operations of alternative funds and support investment governance. Your key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating and participating in investment committees.
* Acting as the main contact for investment advisors and internal teams.
* Reviewing and analyzing potential investment opportunities and strategies.
* Monitoring execution of investments and divestments according to committee decisions.
* Reporting to the Board on fund performance and portfolio activities.
* Collaborating with risk management, valuation, and other departments to ensure smooth fund operations.
Your Profile:
* University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in role in finance/fund industry
* CSSF Conducting Officer eligibility
* Solid understanding of alternative investment structures, debt and valuation methodologies.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
* Strong communication, analytical, and team-oriented skills.
