Our Graduate School International Max Planck Research School for Condensed Matter Science (IMPRS‐CMS) supports young scientists at the institute.

Your tasks:
Administrative support for the coordinator of the IMPRS‐CMS: daily email correspondence in English and German, creating certificates, maintaining the database and alumni networkSupport for the enrolment of PhD students at the University of StuttgartSupport for the online application procedure for Master and PhD studentsAdministrative organization of events, such as the annual Retreat meeting and Summer/Winter schoolsLink to the institute's administration: travel costs, invoices, refunds, inventory, etc.
Your profile:
Professional commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/‐frau - Büromanagement [w/m/d]) or a related Bachelor's degreeExcellent command of written and spoken English and GermanProficiency in standard software (Microsoft Office)Open-mindedness; you should enjoy working in an international scientific environmentGood organizational skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team
