Responsibilities
We’re seeking a motivated Finance Manager, Accounts Payable (all genders) ready to grow into a leadership role. This position offers a clear development path as Process Owner for Purchase-to-Pay, combining hands-on operational work with strategic process ownership in an international environment.
1. Lead and develop an international Accounts Payable team across multiple countries
2. Own the full AP process: invoice capture, payments, internal controls, and vendor management
3. Drive automation and process improvements in a dynamic IT-driven environment
4. Collaborate with Procurement, Controlling, and Accounting for seamless operations
5. Manage financial reporting for quarterly IFRS & HGB closings
6. Stay actively involved in daily operations, setting the tone for the team
Requirements
7. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
8. Solid background in Accounts Payable or finance operations
9. Proven leadership experience in an international context
10. Hands-on mentality with strategic thinking
11. Passion for process innovation and digital tools
12. Fluent in English and German
13. Strong sense of ownership and desire to grow
