Your new job includes
As an Art Director (m/f/d) in our family-run company, you will be part of the creative team within the marketing department. You will be responsible for the creative development and implementation of communication solutions that strengthen our brand and promote sales.
In particular, you will
* develop sales-promoting and image-building communication solutions, taking into account a uniform brand image
* develop approved creative concepts (visual & verbal identity) and transfer them to specific campaign components (assets & formats, offline & online)
* develop brand communication assets visually until they are ready for use
* create concept and campaign toolboxes including guidelines
* develop scalable communication solutions for other business models (e.g. JV, distribution)
* provide, ensure and adhere to corporate design guidelines
* prepare presentations
* act autonomously within the decision-making framework for situational adjustments in the workflow
Preferred Profile
* Completed training as a media designer or studies in the relevant field or comparable qualification
* At least 3 years of professional experience as a designer, graphic designer or in a similar role
* Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs and confident handling of MS Office
* High level of creativity and a good feel for images, color and typography
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
* High degree of initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
