Your Contribution to CYBEX
1. Collaborate with cross-functional departments—including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement—to deliver financial insights and drive performance improvement initiatives
2. Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational areas
3. Monitor and evaluate key operational KPIs and cost drivers, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
4. Track and report on cost efficiency, waste reduction, and productivity metrics
5. Support month-end and year-end closing activities with accurate and timely financial data
6. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in operational reporting and controlling
7. Develop dashboards, management reports, and business cases to support strategic decision-making
Your Profile
8. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
9. In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, workflows, and performance metrics
10. Strong expertise in cost accounting and operational KPI analysis
11. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as SAP, Power BI, or similar tools
12. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
13. Strong analytical skills to identify efficiency gains and cost reduction opportunities
14. A proactive, self-driven working style with a hands-on approach to data and reporting
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
