As an Operations Associate – Collectibles Operations at Timeless, you will support our Operations team across all organizational and logistical topics related to our physical assets. In addition, you will support day-to-day operational and back-office tasks, contribute to internal coordination, and help ensure that processes run smoothly across the team. You may also support the preparation and execution of fairs, events, and exhibitions where our assets are presented. Support the coordination of storage appointments and inventory checks
Support day-to-day office management and operational back-office tasks
Help prepare and support the onboarding of new colleagues, including materials, access, and organizational setup
Support the planning and execution of fairs, events, and exhibitions where our assets are presented
Support inventory counts and ensure that assets are documented correctly
Track shipments and support internal reporting and process follow-up
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mindset
~ Very good German and solid English skills
~ Confident working with Excel / Google Sheets
